As a chef for over 10 years, I learned that creating delicious food takes the right recipe and a splash of creativity. After 30+ years in marketing, I’ve come to realize the same thing is true for your marketing strategy. That’s why GasStoveCreative delivers completely custom, full-service marketing strategies.
I’m the host of The Cookbook: Recipes for Business & Marketing Success podcast, and the former host of Unique Voices on Futures Television (AppleTV and Roku). I’ve been a guest on dozens of podcasts talking marketing and website accessibility, a featured speaker for the National Institute for Social Media on ADA compliance and accessibility, a speaker for Women in Steel, and a speaker at the VC Europe X conference for women and minorities leading startups. I’m also a monthly contributor to Breakthrough Author Magazine and Mental Health Talk Magazine, where I write on LGBTQIA+ issues.
I’m passionate about social issues and giving back. As President of Unmasking Lafayette, a local 501(c)(3) I co-founded with my friend Michelle Zaremba, our goal is “unmasking” social issues in our community. And when I’m not doing that, you’ll find me playing gigs with my band and spending time with my amazing wife, Heather, and our crazy pups, Skyler and Piper.

Karissa Mollicone serves as GasStoveCreative’s Director of Operations, overseeing project management, client experience, team coordination, and operational systems across the company. She works closely with clients and the internal team to ensure projects move smoothly from strategy through execution, keeping communication clear, timelines organized, and deliverables on track.
With a background supporting founders, executives, and growing businesses, Karissa brings a unique blend of operational leadership, creative project management, and relationship-focused client support. She has extensive experience managing complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and creating the systems and processes that allow great ideas to become reality.
Known for her calm, thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Karissa helps ensure every client engagement is organized, collaborative, and executed with excellence.
